What is Rakuten?
Rakuten is a cashback, discount and vouchers site allowing purchases with over 400 stores. Get up to 10.5% cashback with Sainsbury’s, up to 6.75% with Harvey Nichols and up to 4% with Argos. Save money on your standard purchases by shopping through the Rakuten app/website.

My experience with Rakuten is that cashback is generally processed quite quickly. In fact the cashback for my last 3 transactions was processed and paid the next calendar month – for comparison I have a transaction on another cashback site which is still pending payment after 9 months! Given the rates are also generally pretty good, this means it’s usually my go to cashback site. For example, 3% cashback for existing customers at Sainsbury’s online, is a no brainer for one extra click on the weekly shop!
